Jane set of 2 x 0.5 kg adjustable ankle/wrist weights. Set of 2 (0.5 kg) adjustable ankle/wrist weights (25 x 7.5 cm) ideal for home workouts, walking, jogging, core training, cross training, aerobics, gym and many other fitness workouts. The weights are made of a neoprene exterior with reinforced stitching and moisture absorbing material inside, making them soft, breathable and comfortable to wear. With the oversized hook&loop pad, the weights stays securely in place and are also easy to put on and off.
